az vmware privatecloud addidentitysource -- few parameters such as “--ssl or --secondary-server” are not required params in Azure portal unlike in CLI. These should be optional in CLI as well, isn’t it?

I made them optional to match the UI. ssl is not optional in the API, but it now default to Disabled like the UI.


          make --secondary-server and --ssl optional
